Job Purpose:

As an IT Project Manager, you will focus on the successful delivery of client engagements by understanding goals, setting personal priorities, teaming with others across businesses and borders, and taking accountability for your own and your team's results.

Project Manager Job Duties:

• Perform project management for multiple projects, including planning, defining tasks and deliverables, reviewing project deliverables, quality control, risk analysis & management, status reports, problem reporting & management follow-up.
• Participate in functional and technical working groups and progress meetings.
• Develop a detailed project plan and track activities against the plan, providing regular, accurate, and timely reports.
• Ensure delivery of projects on time, within scope, and within budget; manage and mitigate potential risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Draft project management deliverables such as the Business Case, Project Strategy, or Vision documents.
• Act as a liaison with the customer and subcontractors.
• Coordinate the project team effectively (including external stakeholders), ensuring that team members are motivated.

IT Project Manager Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering field.
• 4 - 8 years of professional experience in IT Solutions Project Management.
• Experience in process improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma is a plus)
• Knowledge of relevant products and markets.
• Experience with project management tools.
• Strong communication skills and teamworking spirit.
• Proficiency in negotiation, critical thinking, and a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to meet goals and work under pressure.
• High energy level, motivation, and ambition.
• Strong technical skills and attention to detail.
• A PM certification will be considered as an asset
