ICAP Executive Search, on behalf of its client, a leading manufacturing company member of a Group, is looking for an experienced:

• Oversee the maintenance and optimization of the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware.
• Implement and enforce security protocols to safeguard sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process automation in collaboration with colleagues.
• Implement and manage ERP systems, production planning tools and other software applications.
• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Provide technical guidance and support to resolve IT-related issues promptly.
• Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions while meeting the company's technological requirements.
• Evaluate and recommend investments in technology that align with business goals.
• Manage relationships and negotiate agreements with IT service providers, vendors, and contractors.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize downtime in case of IT failures.
• Ensure IT systems comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks related to information security and data integrity.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in IT management, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, infrastructure upgrades, database management.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with BI tools and analytics for informed decision-making.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent communication and written skills in English.
• Demonstrated leadership in driving technological change and innovation.
