We are looking to fill our Project Manager position for shift 2 (3 PM to 12 AM local). The new PM will be responsible for the project management of all client and internal projects (including initiation, planning, delivery, closure, and controls). Manage project costs, resources, risks, and issues to ensure objectives are realized (quality, time & cost).

The ideal candidate should have EXCELLENT British or American English accent and will be responsible for the following work.
- End to end project management and integration of all client and internal projects including initiation, planning, delivery, closure, and controls in collaboration with all stakeholders. Closely manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and timelines
- Develop project management standards, controls, processes, and procedures leveraging PMI and ITIL principles and ensure team compliance. Maintain continuous process improvements for the practice
- Maintaining a practical, pragmatic and balanced approach between the controls and processes needed to manage a project and the need to ensure projects are delivered per scope, on budget and timeline
- Ensures accurate reflection of project budgets, forecasts and actuals within project tracking tool
- Assembles and coordinates cross-functional project resources (Server, Infrastructure and Network and/or contracted staff) in collaboration with resource managers to ensure the appropriate skills and technicians are provided to support and deliver work products which meet business goals and objectives
- Manage the project coordinator resource:
- Ensure they follow all standard PMO processes, procedures and best practices
- Ensure they fulfil their roles and responsibilities, managing their productivity and evaluating their work
- Serve as an escalation point for issues. Providing resources with appropriate steps to resolve these issues
- Proactively anticipates project risks and issues and ensures appropriate mitigation planning is in place to avoid comprising delivery
- Monitors and communicates the progress of project delivery and ensures the timely communications of status in terms of cost, forecast schedule and assessment of risks
- Be the communications catalyst/initiator for project delivery within the organization. This includes communications between the PMO and the client; internal teams including Sales/Procurement, all delivery teams; resource vendors and senior management. Communications will include:
- facilitating weekly Sales-Delivery meetings
- internal project communications. For medium and large-scale projects, facilitating internal kick off and repeating status meetings with project team members. Ensure project coordinators are effectively managing all small projects
- client communications. For medium and large-scale projects, facilitating project initiation and repeating status meetings with the client. For small projects, ensure coordinators are effectively communicating with the client
- facilitating weekly resource management meetings
- escalating high impact/probability risks and issues to senior management as needed
- ensuring all project documentation is updated at the end of each project
We are hiring for the second shift (Athens Local Time)
Shift 2 - 3:00pm – 12:00am (with one-hour break)
- Our holiday schedule is not what you are used to. Some of our holidays in the US do not line up with the ones in Greece and vice versa. You will be following the US holiday schedule.
- Team work – it is imperative that you have a good understanding of teamwork and team spirit. We all work together.

Job requirements
- Results oriented, adaptable manager with excellent communications and leadership skills
- Minimum 5-7 years of project management experience managing diverse project portfolios
- PMP certification
