ICT Business Applications & Data Architect Specialist

Necessary qualifications:

• BSc degree in Business Management, Business Process Analysis, Business Applications, Computer Science, Information Technology, or other relevant disciplines.
• Experience in business applications implementation (ERP, CRM, PMS, etc).
• Background in business requirements analysis and business process improvement.
• Analytical and conceptual skills for effective problem-solving and system architecture.
• Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of business applications security principles.
• Very good MS-Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc) skills; including project management tools.
• Excellent command of the English and Greek language (spoken & written).

Desired qualifications:

• MSc degree in Business Management, Business Process Analysis, Business Applications, Computer Science, Information Technology, or other relevant disciplines.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in resort operations, sales, marketing, finance, and HR to drive strategic initiatives.
• Ability to maintain clear and timely communication with project stakeholders, including senior management.
• Experience working collaboratively within an IT department and 3rd parties.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality and tourism business processes and related data systems (PMS, CRM, etc).
• Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and data integration technologies in hospitality applications.
• Understanding of data architecture principles and database management tools.
• Implement and manage changes to project scope and objectives as necessary.
• Ensure all business application deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
