NEUROPUBLIC is looking for a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the ESA project, a satellite-based initiative aimed at building a system for processing and disseminating Earth observation data, focusing on container orchestration, real-time data processing, and scalable storage systems. Following the ESA project, the engineer will collaborate with our internal teams to support additional projects.

Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and manage Kubernetes clusters for container orchestration.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and testing.
• Implement and manage real-time data processing pipelines using tools such as Apache Kafka or Apache Nifi.
• Oversee user storage solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with software engineers and system architects to ensure seamless integration.
• Continuously monitor and optimize system performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
• Expertise in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or similar.
• Familiarity with container orchestration, infrastructure as code, and monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
• Experience in real-time data streaming and handling large datasets.
• Strong knowledge of security best practices and managing cloud-based infrastructure.
• Experience in Scripting (Python, Bash) and automation.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
