The Pfizer Digital Customer & Commercial Creation Center (C&CCC, or C4) is accountable for the creation, configuration, launch, and support of all externally facing digital (web, mobile, omni-channel, & device) products, platforms, services, and experiences, servicing all external customer types at Pfizer. In addition, this team is accountable for our Marketing Technology (MarTech stack) inclusive of Digital Platforms, Digital Channel Enablement, Content Integration, and Marketing/Marketer Tools.
The Developer Enablement Team supports the engineering community and Platforms & Engineering (P&E) leadership by enabling the transition to and adoption of new ways of working through key stakeholder engagement, operational process improvements, and effective communications. Additionally, the team is responsible for financial management and oversight, supporting the service model, and reporting on the status of key initiatives for various stakeholder groups.
The Developer Enablement Associate is a core member of the Developer Enablement team and provides support across these areas.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Data quality
- Review P&E reports, identify discrepancies and follow up with data owners
- Assist with creation of procedural documentation to improve data quality
- Operational reporting
- Support Reporting Lead in development of reports and dashboards
- Assist in defining requirements for future optimization
- Content creation
- Assist in the production of communication materials in a variety of media formats, including written content, video materials and podcasts
- Financial / resource reporting
- Review reports on financial cross-charges and resource assignments, identify discrepancies and resolve with report owners
- Assist with additional developer enablement tasks or special projects as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in Business, Information Management, Project Management, Computer Science, Statistics, Marketing or Communications
- Organized, analytical, detail-oriented individual with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed organization with minimal oversight
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proven ability to manage tasks to completion
- Quickly learns new skills and knowledge readily
- Team oriented
- Focus on accuracy
- Strong written communication skills
- Creative thinker with interest in creating marketing content
Preferred
