What you will need to do:

• Lead and manage a team of application developers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality outputs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project management, product owners, and other stakeholders, to align technology solutions with business objectives
• Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of business applications
• Establish coding standards, processes, and best practices within the team
• Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within scope and budget
• Perform regular performance evaluations and identify areas for skill development within the team
• Handle resource planning, allocation, and capacity management
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and integrate new technologies when appropriate
• Occasional traveling to project sites, if needed

What you will need to have:

• BSc degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Five (5) years of experience in software development using frameworks and technologies such as PHP, MS SQL, TypeScript, jQuery, Laravel, and React
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of developers
• Strong understanding of application architecture, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and project management
• Fluency in English
