Main Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor the company’s IT infrastructure.
• Provide user support to resolve technical issues.
• Install computers, printers, and applications.
• Monitor system security and implement protection measures.
• Develop and implement security policies and backup procedures.
• Manage services and applications within the MS Office 365 environment.
• Administer devices via the MS Intune platform.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent field.
• Master’s degree will be considered as an asset.
• Experience in user and application support in Windows environments.
• Fluency in English.
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN network infrastructures.
• Preferred qualifications, such as CCNA, PowerShell
• Proficiency in virtualization technologies.
• Good command of the English language.
• Valid category B driver’s license.
• Proactive learner with excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Strong team player with effective communication abilities and a calm, approachable demeanor.
• Adaptable and respectful of company policies and procedures.
