We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Service Desk Agent to join our team and be part of our journey!
In your role you will need to:
- Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers, software etc.)
- Actively support and train users with Hardware, Software, and LAN in the form of IT Helpdesk Tickets on premises
- Collaborate with external partners for remote support of the Group’s branches
- Set up new users' accounts and profiles, deal with password- 2fa issues
- Manage user administration in Active Directory, Office 365
- Monitor and respond on Alerts (Ups, Antivirus, 365 Threats, Backup, Network disconnections)
- Investigate, test, install and upgrade new hardware/software products
- Participate in Operating systems patching procedure
- Identify computer or network equipment shortages and place orders
- Maintain hardware and software inventory
- Address issues with meeting rooms equipment
Who you are:
- Hold a degree in Computer Science or equivalent field of studies
- Up to 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in Technical Support, IT Administration, or a related field
- Experienced with Windows 10,11 - Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, Etc.)
- Familiar with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
- You have basic knowledge of networking concepts (including TCP/IP) and Office 365, Microsoft Azure, Windows Servers, Mobile Device Management, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint
- Ideally hold IT certifications (Cisco, Microsoft, or other related fields)
- Proficient with the use of English language, both in written and spoken speech
- Team player, problem-solver and good listener
