IT Infrastructure Engineer

Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our IT department. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure and business applications, while also providing user support for IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and manage the company's IT infrastructure
• Create and implement security measures for IT infrastructures
• Monitor IT infrastructures and applications
• Install and maintain operating systems (Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022) and other applications (SAP/R3, Qliksense, O365)
• Support Active Directory, both on-premises and Microsoft Azure
• Provide support for server virtualization using Hyper-V
• Troubleshoot issues related to systems and applications

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Master’s degree is preferred
• Previous work experience in a similar role is valued
• Experience with operating systems and knowledge of Active Directory (on-premises and Azure)
• Experience with server virtualization platforms (Hyper-V)
• Strong problem-solving skills for user and system issues, with the ability to design and document complex workflows
• Good command of the English language
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
