Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional business and technical support to customers and partners, ensuring smooth experiences.
- Monitor and resolve software-related issues, maintaining optimal performance and reliability.
- Empower users through tailored advice and comprehensive training on software usage.
- Collaborate effectively with consultants and development teams.
- Master Entersoft’s cutting-edge software products and solutions, becoming a trusted expert across the full product range.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any other related studies
- 3+ years of proven working experience in delivering software solutions
- Strong knowledge of Databases (Microsoft SQL Server)
- Familiarity with ERP software
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English
- Ability to collaborate, perform and meet strict deadlines
- Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
