ICAP Executive Search on behalf of its client, an insurance company, is looking for an IT Business Analyst to join their team.
 

Responsibilities:
 

• Identify and resolve project requirements specializing on web and mobile applications
• Analyze complex business problems and determine an IT solution
• Execute User Acceptance Testing and report findings back to the appropriate teams
• Coordinate with various stakeholders and vendors to ensure the business needs are prioritized and planned
• Conduct post-project evaluation
• Responsible for identifying, gathering, and documenting functional requirements in areas such as underwriting, claims, accounting, sales commission, and reporting, while serving as a critical link between business and technical teams

Requirements:

• 4+ years of professional experience
• BSc in Information Systems or relevant field
• Project management and sense of urgency skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Greek
• Experience with best practices in web and mobile programming
