                                               IT Support Specialist

Position overview:

The job holder will be based in Athens

Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance.
• Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques & tools.
• Identify the best solutions based on users’ issues and the provided details.
• Guide users through problem-solving process.
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher support levels when necessary.
• Follow up to update user statuses and ensure resolution satisfaction.
• Gather and share user feedback or suggestions with relevant teams or stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and suggest improvements to support procedures and processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2 years’ experience in a help desk or technical support role.
• Strong ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and databases (preferred).
• Proficiency in English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a calm and patient demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage tasks across multiple stakeholders.
