The Role:
As an ERP Consultant at Fleetwork, you will play a pivotal role in deploying and optimizing our Fleetwork Shipping Cloud ERP to meet the diverse needs of our clients. You will help transform their business processes, enabling them to leverage cloud-based solutions for critical maritime operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and customize ERP solutions based on specific client requirements.
- Provide expert consultation to enhance client understanding and use of Fleetwork Shipping Cloud ERP.
- Analyze client business processes and recommend improvements through our ERP capabilities.
- Train users and support them in transitioning to the new system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any ERP-related issues to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with our development team to enhance product functionality.
- Utilize your proficiency in SQL and BI tools for reporting.
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven working experience with clients on ERP or B2B projects, preferably in the maritime or similar sectors.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with various BI and Report Designer tools.
