ICAP Executive Search on behalf of its client, a Greek technology group of companies offering a wide range of tailor-made software solutions and specialized ICT strategy consulting services, is seeking for an experienced React Developer.

React Developer (5780/RD/ESS/GR)

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement high-performance, responsive user interface components using React.js and related technologies.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure best practices in code quality, optimization, and reusability, including conducting code reviews and supporting continuous improvement.
• Work closely with product owners and designers to finalize user experiences and user interfaces, ensuring seamless and intuitive designs.
• Take ownership of product features, writing technical documentation, and guiding less experienced developers as needed.
• Contribute to task estimation and sprint planning, while ensuring timely and high-quality feature delivery in an agile team environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Proven working experience as a React Developer
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6+
• Experience with modern React concepts and workflows (Hooks, Context API, Redux)
• Experience with state management libraries/frameworks (Redux, MobX)
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and integration with backend services
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git
• Ability to write clean, modular, and efficient code
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
