DEMO SA, one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical manufacturers in injectable facilities is looking for an IT Digital Applications Specialist to join the company's Digital Platforms department.

Responsibilities

• Business Application Analysis, Development and Customization. Collaborate on the deployment of electronic signature solutions.

• Analyze and deliver modern, digital workflow applications for various business processes.
• Project Execution, Lead and support the projects by analyzing business needs utilizing internal and external resources.

• Provide ongoing support for legacy applications until their retirement.
• Support existing platforms along with new implementations.
• Coordinate with BI teams for enhanced data integration.

• Work closely with business units to understand their requirements and propose effective technical solutions.
• Manage vendor relationships for outsourced developments or platform customizations.

• B.Sc. in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
• Fluent in English
• 3-5 years of experience in business applications analysis, software development, or solution design.
• Working experience & certifications with any of the following vendors / technologies:
• Microsoft (Windows Server, Active Directory, M365, Azure, SQL Server)
• Programming / scripting experience in any of the following or similar frameworks (Java, PHP, .Net, Python, PowerApps, PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.)
• Knowledge of front-end development (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Strong communication skills for liaising with internal teams and external vendors.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Self-motivation and proactive approach to project ownership.
• Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to map requirements into technical solutions.
• Proficiency in analyzing and optimizing workflows within enterprise systems.
• Experience in business process analysis is desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
