The End User & Peripherals Support Expert helps end users, installs and maintains end user peripherals. 
The position reports to the IT Infrastructure Manager.

Duties and responsibilities

• Installation and configuration of software and hardware on end user’s equipment (desktop and laptop computers (Windows), PDAs (Windows Mobile) and mobile devices (Android), printers etc.
• Monitoring and troubleshooting of hardware.

• Interaction with end users on resolving related issues.   

Required skills

• At least 2 years of working experience as IT Technician or relevant position
• Technical infrastructure skills including computers & mobile devices
• Knowledge on Windows operating systems and MS Office 365
• Good or better level on English language (written and verbal)
• Strong communications skills

• Driving license and military obligations fulfilled (for male candidates)

Desired skills

• Good understanding of technologies like DNS, DHCP and similar
• Previous experience on label printers and PDAs.
