We are looking for Support Engineers  for Danaos Planned Maintenance, Dry Docking & Purchasing Software, who are enthusiastic about their work and eager to innovate and apply their skills in our Company.

As a Support Engineer, you will:

- Be a member of a team which designs, customizes, installs, and maintains Danaos Planned Maintenance, Dry Docking & Purchasing Software

- Communicate with customer to collect requirements and consult on appropriate solutions

- Communicate customer requirements to Development Team

- Participate in UATs

- Present demos to customers and consult on product solutions

- Support application related issues

- Train key and/or end users

The ideal candidate should have:

• Degree in Engineering or Maritime.
• Enthusiasm to learn and work with Maritime Digital Application
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Analytical thinking and problem solving
• Fluency in English language
• Ability to travel abroad.

It would be also nice to have:

• Experience in a similar role
• Experience with Danaos Software
