IT Systems Project Manager – Ref. 5810/IPM/ESS/GR

Location: Thessaloniki, Greece

We are currently seeking a motivated IT Systems Project Manager to join our client’s team and lead the modernization of their internal systems, focusing on Entersoft ERP customization and the implementation of cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the optimization and modernization of the Entersoft ERP system to centralize business processes.
Handle user support requests ranging from basic operational issues to advanced system parameterization and configuration.
Collaborate with external consultants and vendors to design and implement solutions for streamlining operations and enhancing system efficiency.
Plan and oversee the implementation of additional software applications that align with company goals.
Ensure timely project delivery while managing scope, budget, and resources effectively.
Conduct training sessions and provide documentation to end-users to maximize system adoption and usability.
Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and propose enhancements to existing systems.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science.
Working experience in a similar position.
Strong knowledge of Entersoft ERP systems, including customization and configuration.
Proficiency in Python and SQL for scripting and database management.
Experience with ERP integrations and related technologies is a plus.
Proven experience in IT project management, ideally with experience in ERP projects.
PMP Certification or equivalent is preferred.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners effectively.
A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of projects.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
