What You Bring to the Team
Essential Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar presales or tender management role, preferably in a systems integrator, consulting firm, or technology provider.
- Proven expertise in public sector tender processes, including drafting and managing Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Quotations (RFQs), and Requests for Information (RFIs).
- Deep understanding of IT proposal development, including functional requirements analysis, cost estimation, and solution architecture design.
- Familiarity with contractual, regulatory, and compliance standards for public sector tenders.
- Proficiency in ΙΤ tools like Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), along with document management systems or specialized tender management software.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate complex technical solutions into compelling client presentations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to work independently or as part of a small, cross-functional team.
Desired Skills:
- Experience in proposal coordination, particularly in managing input from engineering, sales, and product teams for tender submissions.
- Working knowledge of relational database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle) and the ability to retrieve, analyze, and present data.
- Familiarity with IT architecture design or solution deployment frameworks, especially in enterprise IT environments.
- Understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles, emphasizing usability in solution design.
- Awareness of networking, IT infrastructure, and cloud technologies, and their application in public sector solutions.
Your Key Responsibilities:
As part of your role, you will:
- Lead the end-to-end tendering process, ensuring IT proposals and documentation meet both client requirements and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver customized technical solutions, addressing client needs and challenges effectively.
- Act as the primary point of contact for tender submissions, managing IT content, cost modeling, and compliance with public sector procurement guidelines.
- Analyze ΙΤ requirements in RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs to identify opportunities and align offerings with client expectations.
- Coordinate cross-functional contributions from sales, product, and engineering teams to produce comprehensive tender responses.
- Deliver IT presentations and demonstrations to clients, highlighting the value and benefits of proposed solutions.
- Maintain and update tender documentation templates, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- Manage relationships with key public sector stakeholders, ensuring long-term client satisfaction and trust.
- Leverage tools like CRM systems and reporting frameworks to maintain an organized pipeline of tender activities.
