1) Job Responsibilities:

• Support and manage the company's Softwares: ERP (D365FO, Epsilon Pylon Commercial, Retail Software
• Installation, maintenance, and upgrade of software applications
• Provide software solutions support to users (Helpdesk)
• Participate in projects for the development and improvement of IT infrastructure/Software
• Troubleshoot software issues and report errors

2) Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Information Technology or related field
• Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems
• Knowledge of databases (SQL)
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience

3) Skills:

• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience in web application development and management (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#)
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues
• Adaptability and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Good communication skills and customer service orientation
• Organizational skills and attention to detail

4) Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in networking (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+)
• Knowledge of networks (LAN, WAN, VPN) and networking principles
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
• Understanding and knowledge of information security principles
• Experience in task automation and scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Bash)
