The candidate’s mission will be to drive the adoption of M-STAT’s products & services by articulating value propositions, customizing offers and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product and IT teams to achieve new business opportunities.

Main responsibilities:

• Collaborate with technology and business partners to drive business objectives and enhance customer satisfaction, by delivering tailored solutions that effectively address clients' specific needs.
• Work closely with the Sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted strategies, according to product offerings.
• Lead technical engagements of the sales process, serving as the main technical expert for potential customers.
• Prepare collateral material & technical documentation, including delivering presentations and demos to customers.
• Respond to requests for information / proposal / quotation (RFI/P/Q), while coordinating with relevant internal stakeholders (product, sales, IT teams).
• Ensure that proposed solutions meet customer requirements and are aligned with industry standards.
• Follow technology trends and help introduce new products, ensuring our solutions remain competitive and innovative, by conducting competitors’ analysis.
• Gather information and analyze customer feedback to support product management and development functions.

Must-have skills:

• At least 2 years of professional experience in an IT Consulting role.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or Telecommunications.
• Fluency in both Greek and English language, oral and written.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Vendor management experience.

Good-to-have skills:

• Knowledge of related services.
• Solution formulation based on customer requirements.
• Technical writing in both Greek and English language.
