Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and flexible UX Designer to join our team as a freelancer on a B2B basis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating inclusive, adaptable, and human-centered digital experiences. You will play a key role in facilitating Design Sprints, conducting user research, and delivering intuitive designs that align with our mission and vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Design Sprints to drive innovation and solve complex challenges efficiently.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to understand user needs and pain points.
• Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Design intuitive user interfaces while ensuring compliance with WCAG accessibility standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals.
• Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance research and design processes.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from users and stakeholders.
• Maintain and evolve the company’s design system for consistency across products.
• Stay updated on the latest UX trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation.

Requirements

Must-Have Skills

• Proven experience as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered designs.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, MIRO.
• Experience facilitating Design Sprints with cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of interaction design principles and responsive design for multiple devices.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel abroad up to 50% of the time for workshops or client meetings.
