ERP Integrations Consultant

Role Summary: As an ERP Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing business processes through the implementation and customization of the integrations between our company’s PMS and POS software and our customers’ ERP/CRM solutions with strong focus in Tax, Accounting & Legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implementation and Consulting Services: Provides consulting and implementation services for customer projects, bridging our PMS & POS software and their relevant ERP/CRM, ensuring smooth integration and functionality.
  • Analysis and Solution Design: Conducts in-depth analysis and designs tailored ERP/CRM solutions integration to meet requirements of hospitality and F&B enterprises.
  • Customization and Personalization: Tailoring and customizing the integration according to the unique business needs, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • User Training and Support: Delivers comprehensive user training for the setup of the integration to ensure competence in usage. Provides ongoing support for any inquiries or challenges the users encounter.
  • Client Service and Support: Serving as a primary contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and offering guidance to enhance their processes and maximize the benefits of the integration between our software and their ERP/CRM system.
  • Internal Collaboration with other Departments: Collect requirements, analyze businesses, and communicate customer requirements to our development department.

 

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, or relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position.
  • Professional experience & Excellent understanding of business processes and ERP/CRM software requirements.
  • Strong Knowledge of Tax, Accounting & Legal Requirements.
  • Excellent use of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize needs effectively.
