Position Summary
Roots Farms is seeking a ERP Data Analyst & Reporting Executive. to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in extracting, analyzing, and presenting data from our ERP systems to support management, sales, operations and finance teams. This position requires a combination of strong analytical skills, advanced Excel expertise, and IT knowledge to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Retrieve and extract data from ERP systems (SOFT1 is our current system) to generate accurate and insightful reports for various departments, including management, sales, and finance.
2. Utilize Excel and other tools to process, analyze, and visualize data to support strategic decision-making.
3. Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics for continuous monitoring of business activities.
4. Collaborate with department heads to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights tailored to their requirements.
5. Perform data validation and ensure data integrity across all reports and analyses.
6. Troubleshoot ERP system issues related to data extraction and provide basic IT support for data-related challenges.
7. Assist in ERP system upgrades, testing, and implementation to ensure seamless integration and data accessibility.
8. Train team members on utilizing ERP data and interpreting reports effectively.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, charts, and macros.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle large datasets.
• Basic understanding of IT systems and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of database management and SQL is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present data in a clear and actionable manner.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• English language conversational skills are required
