In this pivotal role, you will support medium to large-scale software projects and deliveries, playing a key part in the analysis, implementation, documentation, and support of specialized software applications. This role does not involve coding.

Responsibilities:

• Provide robust support for applications across medium to large software projects.
• Conduct thorough analysis, implementation, and documentation of specialized software applications.
• Parameterize existing applications to boost operating efficiency or meet evolving customer requirements.
• Actively participate in troubleshooting and provide exceptional customer support as needed.
• Organize and lead business and technical workshops to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Deliver technical training to internal teams and clients to enhance their understanding and usage of applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical & Computer Engineering, or Informatics.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a consulting or software support role.
• Proficient in SQL and RDBMS (SQL Server or Oracle).
• Familiarity with application servers such as Tomcat or WebSphere is a plus.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
• General programming knowledge and a relevant degree are essential, although this role does not involve coding.
