The Role:
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Associate Product Manager to support and enhance our Loyalty Stream. This role is key in driving client retention, increasing engagement, and ensuring our offerings remain competitive and user centric. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in product management, customer loyalty, and financial services. You will work across the entire product lifecycle from ideation and development to testing and optimization, while collaborating with the Product Manager and internal stakeholders to deliver high-impact features that align with the company’s OKRs.
The main responsibilities of the position include:
- Support in defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for relevant products ensuring alignment with business goals and retention KPIs.
- Oversee the seamless execution of daily operations for relevant products and assist with planning and gathering requirements for new features.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of loyalty stream products using internal tools.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for operational issues related to the products, ensuring problems are resolved swiftly in collaboration with Project Managers, Middle Office, and Client Support teams.
- Review reconciliation reports to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain and update requirement documents to ensure accuracy and alignment with evolving business needs.
- Participate in meetings with operational teams, to align on product execution and address ongoing issues.
- Assist in testing new features, attend demo sessions with development teams, and provide feedback.
- Participate in refinement meetings with development teams to clarify business or requirement-related questions.
- Contribute to the design and launch of seasonal campaigns and promotions for client loyalty program, optimizing for engagement and regional appeal.
Main requirements:
- BSc/MSc in Business Management, Finance, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in Product Management, preferably in financial services, brokerage, or fintech.
- Understanding of financial products such as CFDs, Forex, or related markets.
- Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Familiarity with loyalty programs, referral programs, gamification products and promotional campaigns.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
- Proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
