About the role
There is currently a job opening “IT Support Engineer”, in the Information Tech/Systems. As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible to interact with end-users, addressing and tracking issues, providing the first line of support. You are a perfect match, if you are eager to provide great support experience, owning, troubleshooting and solving technical issues, showing collaboration and transparency within the team.
What you will do:
- Install and configure new hardware and software
- Ensure that the network infrastructure is up and running
- Monitor IT helpdesk, by controlling of service requests and incidents through Jira Service desk
- Provide support to end users in accordance with SLAs concerning software applications and hardware
- Be responsible for the administration of MS Windows 10/11 and mobile technologies (IOS/android)
- Participate in configuration of network and system devices
You fit, if you cover the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or another related field
- 2-4 years of professional working experience as an IT Support Engineer
- Fluency in oral and written Greek and English
- Strong knowledge in MS Office applications
- Experience in Active directory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365
- Experience in System Center Configuration Management (SCCM) or MS Intune
And you have competence in:
- Communicating effectively in a structured manner, with all stakeholders
- Demonstrating positive attitude with a collaborative approach
- Attention to detail
- Working under pressure, managing changing priorities and meeting deadlines
- Handling confidential information by demonstrating high sense of professionalism
