We are currently looking for a visionary Information Technology (IT) Manager based in Athens headquarters.

 

The IT Manager will drive IT strategy, infrastructure, and operational excellence, ensuring seamless system performance that meets and exceeds the diverse needs of stakeholders. 

As a key leader in digital transformation, you will oversee technology planning, implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance, continuously optimizing processes to enhance efficiency, innovation, and guest experiences across Bluegr. 

We are looking for a tech trendsetter ready to challenge, excel and make the difference!  

 

Education & Certifications  & Certifications 

• University/College degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 

• MSc, MBA or relevant will be considered a plus. 

• Professional/Technology certifications are a plus. 

 

Experience 

• 3-7 years of experience in an IT managerial role. 

• Hospitality sector experience preferred. 

• Strong background in IT stakeholder and external vendor management. 

• Service Level Agreement (SLA) management expertise. 

 

Technical Skills 

• Databases & ERP: SQL, Entersoft ERP. 

• WiFi & Network Management: Cisco, Mikrotik, Telecom engineering. 

• Systems & Infrastructure: Windows Server, Virtualization (Hyper-V), Backup operations. 

• Security & Cybersecurity: Firewall management, Email security, Antivirus (ESET, Microsoft Defender), MDM, VPN. 

• Software & Applications: Protel PMS, POS systems, TV headend systems. 

• Microsoft Tools: Office 365, Power BI, Dynamics, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive. 

• Hardware & Troubleshooting: Operating systems, PABX operations.

The  IT Manager will be based in Athens and will be expected to travel to Bluegr hotels
