How you will support our mission: We are looking for an IT Helpdesk Technician

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support.
  • Manage, prioritize, and resolve technical issues.
  • Install hardware, software, and drivers, and configure systems accordingly.
  • Maintain and repair technological equipment and peripheral devices.
  • Oversee security settings and software on computers and networks to ensure privacy and protect against cyberattacks.
  • Perform regular system upgrades to ensure up-to-date functionality.
  • Troubleshoot system failures or errors and provide solutions to restore operations.
  • Offer timely technical support and user training on how to efficiently use computing systems.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Computer Technician or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in LAN/WAN networks.
  • Experience with computer systems and the Microsoft environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Technical background in troubleshooting and problem resolution.
  • Excellent communication skills, teamwork, and organizational ability.
  • A degree in technology from an accredited university or technical institute is preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of computer hardware, peripheral devices, and network infrastructures.
  • Good command of the English language.
  • Fulfillment of military service obligations.
  • Professionalism, reliability, willingness, and responsibility.
