ΠληροφορικήKey Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Assist end-users with technical queries and guide them through problem-solving steps.
- Perform regular updates, backups, and maintenance on IT systems to ensure smooth operation.
- Perform routine maintenance and updates on end-user devices.
- Set up accounts, access permissions and hardware for new employees.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity problems and assist with system updates and installations.
- Maintain and manage IT equipment, software and licensing inventory.
- Maintain records of technical issues and solutions provided.
- Monitor, Manage and troubleshoot Google Workspace and other cloud collaboration environments.
- Work closely with senior IT staff and other departments to implement solutions and optimize processes.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proactively perform tasks as needed with a positive attitude and a focus on collaboration.
- Strong diagnostic and problem solving skills.
- Strong organizational & communication skills.
- Strong understanding of computer systems, wired and wireless networks and software applications.
- Good knowledge of online security and data protection principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- 1 to 3 years prior experience in IT support or helpdesk is a plus but not required.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- Proficient in English
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are an advantage.
