The position will be responsible for the implementation and delivery of scalable Microsoft 365 solutions, with a focus on Messaging (Exchange Online), Communication (Teams), Collaboration (SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business) and Microsoft 365 Apps. Managing and optimizing client IT infrastructure and provide onsite & Remote assistance to customers.
Knowledge of Microsoft Technologies such as Active Directory, Exchange, Windows 10/11, Windows Servers & Hyper-V
A minimum of 2 years of experience working in IT with experience in Microsoft 365 technologies.
Troubleshooting and providing solutions for technical issues.
Highly self-motivated and self-directed
Ability to learn and support new technologies and train others.
Passion for helping clients succeed and achieve their business goal is required.
High quality of communication, both in written and in verbal form.
Highly motivated as a result oriented individual.
Excellent written communication and presentations skills both in Greek and English.
Driving License (Type Β) required
Experience on migration projects such as on-premise to cloud will be consider as an asset.
Certifications of Microsoft 365 preferable.
