About the Role
As a Production Systems Administrator at Alumil, you will oversee the management and maintenance of our production systems and software solutions, ensuring that all production tasks are executed smoothly and efficiently. Your technical insight and expertise will be critical in enhancing productivity and minimizing downtime within our manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support production-related software and systems, ensuring their optimal functioning.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to production systems and processes.
- Provide technical support and training to production teams on software applications and systems.
- Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to implement new technologies and upgrade existing systems.
- Maintain documentation related to systems configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Analyze production data to identify trends, enhance performance, and solve operational issues.
- Assist in the planning and execution of systems upgrades, maintenance, and rollouts.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and best practices within production systems.
- Participate in cross-departmental projects to improve overall production efficiency.
Requirements
- BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Access)
- Having experience with Visual Basic, C++, and SQL would be highly considered.
- Experience with Oracle, Hyperion, and SAP will be given significant consideration.
- Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues related to production technologies.
- Excellent understanding of network infrastructure and its impact on production systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on optimizing production workflows.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical team members.
- Familiarity with Visual Basic, C++, SQL is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with database design and analysis—whether it’s Oracle, MS Access, or SQL Server—will certainly give you an edge!
