We are looking for an IT Help Desk Specialist to join our IT Team. As an IT Help Desk, your role is to diagnose and resolve all the issues as early as possible by providing 1st Level support to our colleagues.

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to colleague’s support queries
  • Providing support over the phone, over email or via remote access
  • Communicate with colleagues through problem-solving processes.
  • Keeps well documented and updated case notes on all tickets daily 
  • Following up IT orders with clients
  • Install, configure and maintain workstations, printers and network equipment
  • Diagnosing issues with computer software and services
  • Support Microsoft Windows and SaaS based software such as Microsoft Office 365 suite 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar field
  • At least 5years of proven experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of computer hardware systems and computer software systems, including office applications, operating systems, and multifunction printing
  • Experience in installing, optimizing, maintaining and securing Microsoft Windows Desktops
  • Good knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Active Directory and services
  • Experience on O365
  • Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills
  • High-level communication skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
  • Has the ability to participate effectively in multiple support efforts and provide technical expertise 
  • Has the ability to communicate effectively to technical and non-technical audience. 

Desired Skills

  • Certification - CompTIA A+
  • Certification - Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals
  • Certification CCNA
