Bournas Medicals is a leading company in production and trade of certified medical disposable products and health supplies. Due to the increase of our needs, we are looking for an IT Administrator.

Responsibilities
- Hardware management – maintain hardware & software inventory, proceed with repairs if needed
- Management and monitoring of ESXi Servers and VMs (Windows Server 2019–2022)
- Support for SQL Server and custom ERP/CRM/WMS applications
- Provide helpdesk & technical support to colleagues and management of 35–50 Windows users - Microsoft Office 365 support
- Troubleshooting software and hardware issues
- Set up new users – manage old ones
- Installation, management, and troubleshooting of Unify WiFi, VLANs, printers, and file servers
- Install and update company software & hardware as needed
- Provide user support for our CRM - communicate with our partners if necessary – Management and support the call center
- Act as a liaison between the users and our software provider – provide guidance to users when new software updates are available
- Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.
- Designing and implementing efficient end-user feedback and error reporting systems
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Βαchelor degree in in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or similar
- Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies with good knowledge of:
- Windows Server environments
- Virtualization (ESXi)
- SQL Server
- Network infrastructures and VLANs
- Unify WiFi
- Microsoft 365
- Familiarity with CRM / ERP software Epsilon Singularlogic - Galaxy system will be considered a plus
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
