Duties:

• Developing IT policies and handling technical support issues at Level 1 and Level 2
• Overseeing and maintaining IT systems, managing IT projects, and developing strategies aligned with business goals
• Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure seamless IT operations and continuous improvement
• Collaborating with different teams to align IT solutions with business needs, providing support, and training employees on new systems
• Developing and executing strategies to align IT infrastructure with business objectives, forecasting future needs, and planning for scalability.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including data protection and cybersecurity.

Required Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in IT management, ideally in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Extensive experience managing IT systems and infrastructure, including servers, networks, databases, and software solutions
• Exceptional analytical abilities, with a talent for interpreting and utilizing complex data
• Solution-oriented approach, capable of tackling new challenges in a constantly evolving work setting
• Skilled in prioritizing daily tasks and adjusting to shifting demands and emerging needs
