About the Position

We are looking for an IT Administrator that can provide the following:
-Installing, maintaining, and supporting workstations, servers and other information system assets for vessel IT infrastructure.
-Infrastructure monitoring, network configuring, monitoring and troubleshooting, backup, and replication monitoring, IP telephony configuring and monitoring, patch management.
-Resolves and/or escalates issues with network, systems and applications.
-Vessel attendances.
-Analyze current processes and propose enhancements for further improvement.
-Ability to retain knowledge and crossmatch new problems with previous ones.

Who will you be working with:

-Head of Marine Department
-Marine Support Department

The ideal candidate should have:

-Should hold a university degree in Computer Science/ Engineering or Information security.
-Should have 3 years overall experience, working as an ICT Professional.
-Experience in daily IT operations and security-related tasks.
-Microsoft Active Directory knowledge.
-Microsoft Hyper V knowledge.
-Microsoft Terminal Services knowledge.
-Certifications from major information technology and information security training providers (Microsoft, Pearson’s, ICS2, CompTIA, VMware, Cisco etc.) will be highly considered.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in both Greek & English.
-Considerable drive and interest in taking on new tasks and challenges.
-Goal-oriented and enjoy taking initiative as well responsibility.
