TSIMIKALIS KALONAROU is seeking a talented IP/Commercial Lawyer to join our growing team. Our firm focuses on providing expert legal services in intellectual property and commercial law, and we are looking for a dedicated professional who can provide exceptional legal counsel and support to our clients.

As an IP/Commercial Lawyer, you will:

Draft, negotiate, and review commercial contracts including licensing agreements, distribution agreements, and partnership agreements

Advise clients on intellectual property regulations, rights, and protections

Conduct legal research and analysis on various commercial and IP issues

Assist in resolving disputes through mediation, arbitration, or litigation

Stay abreast of industry trends and developments in IP law

Develop and implement IP strategies for clients to enhance their business objectives

Engage in client meetings to provide clear and effective legal guidance

Collaborate with other firms and legal professionals on multi-disciplinary projects

LLB degree from a recognized law school; an LLM in IP or Commercial Law is a plus

Admission to the relevant Bar association

Between 7-12 years of experience in IP and commercial law

Strong understanding of intellectual property rights and commercial practices

Excellent negotiation and drafting skills

Ability to communicate complex legal concepts in a clear manner

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Proficient in legal research tools and software

Exceptional interpersonal and client management skills
