Logistics Coordinator – Fairs, Events, Special Logistics

Responsibilities:

• Organization of transport and logistics operations for shipments of domestic or international exhibitions, congresses, sports events, concerts, special logistics requests, personal belongings, B2B removals and works of art on the territory of Greece and abroad.
• Both commercial (quotations, orders, claims) and operational activity (coordination, execution, insurance, bookings, invoicing, reports, inventory etc.) in compliance with legislation and instructions
• Monitoring the market and competitors, providing cost efficient solutions
• Improving existing customer relations and attracting new clients, partners
• Direct communication with customers and partners along the service chain, negotiations, events logistics coordination, follow-up, etc.

Candidate Profile

• Excellent command of the Greek and English language - written and spoken
• Wide logistics/forwarding business education, experience, ideally in events or removals logistics.
• Ability to make quick decisions, good organization of daily tasks & prioritizing.
• Flexibility and ability to work in team.
• Problem solving and proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and coordinating skills.
• Work in a dynamic environment.
• Any additional foreign language is an advantage.
• Computer literacy
