About the job
As a Logistics & Business Operations Associate, you will be a crucial contributor to the growth of Polypack Group, responsible for coordinating the ongoing logistics & business operational functions of our company. Together with our sales department, you will be responsible for receiving deliveries, preparing shipments, preparing samples, communicating with clients, suppliers and carriers, tracking shipments, and managing inventory as well as making basic ERP entries.
Responsibilities
- Inspecting incoming and outgoing shipments and verifying freight rates.
- Receiving incoming shipments and preparing outgoing shipments.
- Handling the custom clearance process of imports/exports together with third parties.
- Submit proforma invoices, purchase orders and commercial invoices through ERP system.
- Liaising with vendors and carrier services to coordinate logistics and timelines.
- Assisting customers and resolving shipment issues and complaints.
- Preparing and maintaining shipment paperwork, records, and digital databases.
- Performing additional duties (ERP entries) as needed.

Requirements for the job
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics or similar discipline
- Previous work experience in the logistics or supply chain industry or in a similar role is a must.
- Strong time management and organizational skills are a must.
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent negotiation & multitasking skills
- Being able to work under pressure is a must.
- ERP knowledge (Epsilon Net/System Soft/Entersoft) is a big plus.
- Very good analytical and mathematical skills
