Job Description:

At Innvestio Hellas we are a leading company in the field of raw materials, intermediates and machinery for the major markets of Printing of all kinds, Packaging, Food and others. We belong to a larger group of companies with activities in Greece, Western Europe and South-Eastern Europe.

Responsibilities:

• Registration, tracking of orders to suppliers
• Daily management of receiving and import orders
• Stock monitoring and accurate data update in ERP
• Cooperation and control of partner company 3PL
• Troubleshooting and resolving problems according to company policy
• Meeting the company's quality and quantity targets
• Entering and updating information in the management system (CRM)
• Compiling Daily, monthly reports

Qualifications:

• Very good knowledge of Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), ERP and CRM systems
• Very good knowledge of English
• Previous experience in a similar Logistics 3PL/Supply Chain/Distribution position for at least 2 years
