Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for warehouse management? Our company, a leader in production and trade of certified, medical products, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our team and optimize our warehouse operations. 

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse & warehouse personnel in alignment with company’s policies and vision.
• Oversee daily operations (receiving, warehousing & maintenance) – initiate and present innovative suggestions (procedures or policies) that may improve the overall operation of the department.
• Ensure optimal use of warehouse space, maximizing storage capacity. 
• Adhere to all legislative requirements including health and safety, hygiene and security standards.
• Schedule and assign tasks effectively, appraising results to drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with the HR Dept. during the recruitment & selection process. Train, orient and motivate existing and new employees.
• Produce reports and statistics regularly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role
• ΒS degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or similar
• Hands on experience in warehouse management procedures, policies, KPIs
• Excellent knowledge of the English language & proficiency in MS Office. Familiarity with CRM / ERP software. Knowledge of Epsilon Singularlogic - Galaxy system will be considered a plus
• Effective time management, team leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
