Procurement Attendant

Sandblu Resort, Santorini, is currently in search of Procurement Attendant.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in the procurement of goods, supplies, and equipment required for the resort’s operations.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to obtain competitive pricing and high-quality products.
- Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Inspect received goods to ensure they meet quality standards and match order specifications.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date procurement files and documentation.
- Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements with suppliers.
- Monitor and track procurement budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate with other departments to understand their procurement needs and priorities.
- Ensure compliance with the resort’s procurement policies and procedures.
Qualifications / Experience
- Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, or a similar role (preferred but not essential).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using procurement software and other relevant tools.
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
