Customer Service Administrator to join our International Markets team,
reporting to International Markets & ITR Customer Service Manager.
The role:
Customer Service Administrator actively contributes to the overall responsibilities of the International Markets & ITR Customer Service Department, both within the framework of team actions and individually assigned duties.
How you will contribute:
- Receive and process Distributors and/or Key Accounts requests (RFQ), both from the International Markets Department and the ITR Department.
- Monitor and control all requests (SAP), prepare and dispatch commercial offers in accordance with the agreed commercial policy and in close collaboration with the Regional Sales Managers.
- Timely organize invoicing and transportation in collaboration with the logistics department.
- Prepare all necessary shipping documents, depending on the agreed terms and the specific requirements of each country.
- Collect and manage all necessary documents for completing transactions and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
- Maintain and update customer and transaction records.
- Act proactively, manage and resolve any issues, along with systematic updates to the customer’s order status, focusing on ensuring the "promise to deliver" and achieving a high level of service.
What you will bring:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Customer Service/ Logistics / Exports roles preferably in FMCG’s
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Logistics or related field
- Bilingual (Greek and English) is a must
- Computer literacy, including use of standard MS Office applications
- SAP experience is an asset
- Ability to prioritize and coordinate with a great degree of flexibility
- Team player attitude with strong collaboration skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in cross functional context
- High degree of personal and professional ethics and integrity
