Supply Chain Specialist

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Aid in streamlining Operations to ensure the smooth and cost – effective flow of Goods from Purchasing and Planning perspective.
• Access and leverage data to support Order Management execution.
• Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
• Communicate delivery visibility to internal and external Stakeholders.
• Monitor KPI’s and able to identify Risks and Opportunities to provide recommendations.
• Maintain solid relationships with Suppliers and L+G Sales Teams.
• Able to work and deliver in Cross-Functional Teams.  
• Reporting on the production status and any production issues to upper management in a timely and effective manner.

 
Requirements

• Technical/commercial educational background.
• 2 years proven experience in Supply Chain environment. 
• Solid understanding of Supply Chain processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Effective analytical skills.
• Organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong Time Management and attention to detail.
• SAP and Excel knowledge/experience.

 
Optional Skills

• Working experience in a multinational company.
• Experience in project work.
• Negotiation and evaluating skills.
