Affidea Group, the largest provider of primary healthcare services in Europe, in the context of the continuous development of its activities, is looking for a Referrals & EOPYY Specialist to join our Referrals Team in Athens! This role plays a crucial part in supporting our medical centers by ensuring efficient and compliant management of patient referrals and EOPYY processes.
- Verification, validation and processing of prescriptions according to EOPYY guidelines.
- Ensure accurate recording, filing and submission of all medical documents to the relevant
authorities. - Keeping abreast of HOSPIT regulations and ensuring full compliance with policies and procedures.
- Communicate with medical staff to resolve issues related to referrals and authorizations.
- Generate and review reports related to referrals, claims and reimbursements.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors in documentation and billing.
- Provide guidance and support to staff on HIPC related procedures and processes.
Job requirements

Up to 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Administration, or a related field.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Attention to detail and high accuracy in data processing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant healthcare systems.
Nice to Have:

Familiarity with SLIS.
