We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative and adaptive Email Marketing Specialist to plan, organize, lead and evaluate our customers' email marketing campaigns.
As an Email Marketing Specialist you will:
- Set up emails in client manager, including uploading of graphics, tracking URLs, assist with data loading and updating of data such as unsubscribes
- Partner with cross-functional teams such as Creative, CRM and Development to coordinate and manage creative briefing, asset and seasonal updates, A/B testing
- Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions (buying behavior, site page visits)
- Work closely with account managers & business development team to determine needs and actions
- Analyze email KPIs and apply insight for improvements to email schedule, content and design
- Identify new opportunities to increase engagement, traffic and revenue via the implementation of best practices and opportunities for A/B testing
- Keep up to date on the competitive marketplace, follow trends in CRM / Email marketing
What you will bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field
- Proven 3+ years hands-on experience as an Email Marketing Specialist
- Proficiency in Email Marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, Contact Pigeon, HubSpot) and Design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
