Senior Brand Manager
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about brand building and developing products with added value for consumers. He/she will join a dynamic team and will work cross-functionally to deliver the company vision and strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop the brand strategy, translate it into actions, and manage the entire product life cycle from strategy to day-to-day plan execution, using the right marketing and communication tools
- Own the development and messaging of the brand narrative
- Create, execute, and manage marketing programs and campaigns
- Be the brand owner and budget custodian, demonstrate at all times in-depth understanding of the detailed product characteristics, performance, trends and relevant market developments.
- Determine and fill gaps in the marketing mix to grow market share, improve customer satisfaction, and drive growth.
- Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
- Coordinate all brand channels and tools and ensure brand consistency
- Create market research through data mining, analyze data, and propose corrective actions.
- Identify new product opportunities, and develop and execute launch plans.
- Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
- Measure and report on all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 6-8 years of work experience in FMCG Marketing with brand management, brand marketing, or marketing management in a multinational environment.
- Experience managing a brand across multiple markets
- Project management experience, with a solid understanding of project management principles and techniques
- Fluent in English.
- Hands-on experience with marketing databases (IRI/Nielsen)
- Computer literate (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Creative, open-minded, and innovative with an ability to work well in teams.
- Ownership, understanding, and perception
- Top presentation skills
- Self-starter, dynamic, proactive, and a solution-finder approach
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines
