Your Responsibilities:

• Planning and managing communication on social media channels of the      Semilac and Hi Hybrid brands (Instagram/Facebook/TikTok) in Greece
• Creating communication engaging and relevant for local consumer.
• Building collaborations with local content creators and influencers.
• Moderating social media accounts (responding to comments and messages)
• Monitoring local trends and competitors' activities.
• Preparing PR mailings
• Collaborate efficiently with the Marketing Team in HQ and working with      Greek Country Manager.
• Opportunity to learn how to run advertising campaigns in Meta Ads and      TikTok Ads

Our Requirements:

• Knowledge of trends and a passion for social media (mainly Instagram      and TikTok)
• Experience in planning and executing social media activities and      moderation, preferably in the beauty industry
• Willingness to develop and co-create innovative actions in the field      of social media
• Native Greek speaker
• Proficiency in English at a B2 level
• Strong writing skills, creativity, and a      desire for growth
• Punctuality and thorough analysis of assigned tasks
• Openness to development and numerous challenges
• Ability      to independently organize work

Mandatory:

• Excellent understanding of Greek consumers
• Real connection with local social media

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of other foreign      languages
• Experience in beauty or related industries, such as fashion
• Familiarity with photo editing tools (e.g., Canva)
• Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and Business Manager.
