We are actively seeking for a Graphic Designer to join our team at our offices in Marousi.

Working in a dynamic environment, the Graphic Designer will be working closely with the Marketing Manager, to help drive the vision for all brand campaigns working across a diverse portfolio of work by driving real change and to ensure there is sufficient support to enhance the organization’s growth ambition. The successful candidate will have the creative talent and experience to translate marketing ideas and engage brand visuals that convey the organization’s key messages and capture the attention of our clients and contacts.

Responsibilities

• Design of social media content, website visuals, email designs, and other marketing collateral.
• Maintain brand identity through the design of brochures, guides, newsletters, business cards, and adverts.
• Support the planning and design of Marketing materials for events.
• Maintain effective communication with all key stakeholders involved.
• Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for a range of collateral including corporate brochures, adverts and presentations.
• Developing communications materials, adverts, presentations, content adaptations for Social & Digital Media, supporting content for site.

• Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship- building skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Strong influential skills with the ability to communicate effectively design concepts.
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
• Effective time and project management to ensure deadlines are met.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent qualification

• 5– 7 years of experience preferably in an ad agency

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, in particular InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
• Advanced business writing and oral skills both in Greek and English

• Proficient user of MS Office Suite
